NanoEnzo Anti-VRL is a powerful antimicrobial and antiviral nanocoating that actively destroys bacteria, viruses, algae, and yeasts as soon as they reach the surface. Unlike disinfectants, Anti-VRL works continuously for up to one year, preventing recontamination and the need for constant manual cleaning. The coating chemically bonds to porous and non-porous materials, is fluorine-free, breathable, and preserves the surface's natural appearance. Ideal for areas with high hygiene requirements, both indoors and outdoors.

Instructions 

Preparation
Surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and oils.
Apply out of direct sunlight.
Temperature: 5–45°C, ≤50% RH.

Manual (non-absorbent)

  1. Treat max. 0.5 m² per session.

  2. Spray lightly.

  3. Polish immediately with microfiber.

  4. Touch-dry in 6 h, fully cured in 24 h.

Manual (absorbent)

  1. Spray until evenly moist.

  2. Do not wipe.

  3. Same curing times.

HVLP (non-absorbent)

  • Nozzle 0.8 mm

  • Pressure 4.5–5.5 bar

  • Distance 15–30 cm

  • Fine mist, uniform film

HVLP (absorbent)

  • Nozzle 1–2 mm

  • Pressure 1–1.5 bar

  • Distance 10–20 cm

Aftercare
Keep water and contamination away for 24 h.
Avoid harsh cleaners. Reapply every 3–4 months if heavily used.
