Bio Special Vehicle Cleaner is a powerful, pH-neutral biotechnological cleaner designed to effectively remove traffic film, grease, dirt and organic residues from all types of vehicles. The formula with biodegradable surfactants and natural microbial extracts provides deep cleaning without damaging paintwork, plastics or metal parts. Suitable for hand washing, brushes, high-pressure cleaning and automatic wash systems. Ideal for daily maintenance in professional vehicle and equipment environments.

Instructions

Dilution Ratios

Heavy contamination
1:10 – 1:20
(1 litre cleaner to 10–20 litres of water)

Normal cleaning / daily use
1:50 – 1:100
(1 litre cleaner to 50–100 litres of water)

High-pressure cleaning
1:100 – 1:200 in the dosing system
(low pressure = stronger mix, high pressure = lighter dilution)

Manual spot treatment
Apply undiluted to stubborn contamination

Manual Cleaning

Dilute the cleaner according to the selected ratio.
Apply using a sponge, brush or sprayer.
Allow 1–3 minutes dwell time without letting it dry.
Agitate lightly on stubborn dirt or traffic film.
Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with clean water.

High-Pressure Cleaning

Set the dosing system to the correct dilution (1:100–1:200).
Apply evenly to the entire vehicle surface.
Allow a short dwell time without drying.
Rinse under high pressure for a streak-free result.

Important

Do not use on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Do not allow the product to dry on paint or glass.
Safe for all materials; avoid over-concentrated use on delicate wraps.
