Bio Special Cleaner Industry is a powerful, high-foaming biotechnological degreaser for industrial applications. The formula with biodegradable surfactants and natural bacterial cultures removes stubborn grease, mineral oils, and organic contamination without solvents or high pH values. Suitable for floors, machinery, workshops, and production environments. Neutralizes odors and supports safe and efficient industrial cleaning.

Instructions for Use

Dilution Ratios

Heavy contamination
1:10–1:20
(1 litre cleaner to 10–20 litres of water)

Normal cleaning / daily maintenance
1:30–1:50
(1 litre cleaner to 30–50 litres of water)

Scrubber-dryer / floor cleaning machine
1:50–1:100
(1 litre cleaner to 50–100 litres of water)

Manual spot treatment
Apply undiluted to the affected area

Manual Cleaning

  1. Dilute the cleaner according to the required application.

  2. Apply using a mop, brush, sprayer or cloth.

  3. Allow 2–5 minutes dwell time, depending on soil level.

  4. Agitate or scrub on heavy contamination.

  5. Remove loosened soil or rinse thoroughly with clean water.

  6. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Scrubber-Dryer Use

  1. Fill the machine with water and add cleaner according to the correct dilution ratio.

  2. Apply the solution evenly over the floor.

  3. Allow a short dwell time without drying.

  4. Scrub and extract in one pass.

  5. Repeat on heavily soiled areas if necessary.

Important

  • Do not mix with other cleaning agents.

  • Use only on cool surfaces.

  • Do not allow to dry before rinsing or extraction.
