Nano-EcoLine Textile Coating: Sustainable Protection for Every Textile
Discover the revolutionary way to protect textiles against stains, dirt and moisture. Nano-EcoLine Textile Coating provides an environmentally friendly, invisible barrier that strengthens textile fibres, both during production and afterwards via a convenient spray. Whether it's your favourite sofa, a designer jacket or a high-traffic company carpet – this coating provides long-lasting protection without compromise.

Why Nano-EcoLine Textile Coating?

Hydrophobic & Dirt-repellent: Repels water, oil and dirt thanks to a nanolayer of SiO₂.
Safe & Sustainable: Water-based, free from harmful substances (CFCs, silicones, solvents) and Ökotex-certified.
UV-stable & Washable: Withstands up to 40 washes and does not fade in the sun.
Multi-purpose: Suitable for textiles, suede, Alcantara, carpets, curtains and more.

Technical Specifications

  • Composition: Water-based modified silicon dioxide (SiO₂).
  • Thickness: Only 100–150 nm – completely invisible.
  • Temperature resistance: Up to 250°C (permanent) and 450°C (peak).
  • Water and oil repellent: Contact angle of 130°–150° (water) and 120°–130° (oil).
  • Breathable: Maintains the breathability of fabrics.

How Does It Work?

  • Preparation: Ensure a clean, grease-free and dry surface.
  • Application: Spray evenly from a distance of 20 cm.
  • Drying time: 12–24 hours (depending on ambient temperature and ventilation).
  • Always test first: Try the coating on a small, inconspicuous area.
  • Important:
  • Wear gloves and a mask when applying.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or wind during drying for optimum adhesion.

Durability Guarantee
Nano-EcoLine is UV-stable, non-migrating and retains its effectiveness even after repeated washing. The coating is food-safe and suitable for use around children and animals.

Packaging & Availability

  • 1 litre spray bottle (covers approx. 6–12 m², depending on textile density).
  • 5 litre bottle (covers approx. 30-60 m², depending on textile density).
  • Shelf life: 2 years when stored between 1°C and 30°C.
