Nano-EcoLine MultiCoating M17 is a durable nano-protection for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as metal, painted surfaces, plastic, and composite. The coating makes surfaces water- and oil-repellent, easier to clean, and more resistant to UV, moisture, and dirt.

Instructions for Use – Multi Coat M17

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is dry, dust-free, and free of oil, grease, and other contaminants.
Clean if necessary using Nanoenzo Clean and a lint-free microfiber cloth.

Avoid application on:

Porous or absorbent surfaces
Newly painted parts (within 3 months)
Glass, stone, wood
Stretchable surfaces
Low-quality paintwork

Manual Application

Always test a small area first.
Spray an essential amount onto the surface using a trigger bottle.
Immediately polish with a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth using circular motions.
Work in zones of max. 1 m² per session.
Fold the cloth four times and use each side only once.
Wear nitrile gloves and keep the bottle tightly closed during use.

High-Pressure Spraying (Professional Use)

Use an HVLP spray gun with a 0.8 mm nozzle.
Spray distance: 35–50 cm
Spray pressure: 5–6 bar
Ensure a fine mist and a uniform surface appearance.

Adjust spray parameters if visual issues occur:

For wet spots: reduce flow / increase distance / increase pressure
For insufficient coverage: increase flow / reduce distance / reduce pressure

Curing

Room temperature (23°C / 50% RH):

Touch dry: 4 hours
Fully cured: 24 hours

Accelerated curing (150°C):

Touch dry: 5 minutes
Fully cured: 30 minutes

Avoid water, contamination, and heavy testing within 24 hours after application.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store at -3°C to +30°C, in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Shelf life: 12 months (unopened)
After opening: use within 1 week

Removal

Once cured, removal is very difficult.
Only possible by polishing with a special cutting compound.
