Nano-EcoLine ThermoProtect Coating 

Advanced thermal insulating coating based on ceramic microspheres, developed to reduce heat loss and improve indoor comfort. The coating creates a breathable insulating layer, making it suitable for both renovation and new-build projects.

Independent testing has demonstrated energy savings of 32% to 48%, while contributing to a more comfortable indoor environment and lower energy consumption. Its vapour-permeable properties allow the building structure to breathe, helping to prevent moisture-related issues.

Suitable for application on concrete, brick, metal, wood, plastics, glass, plastered surfaces and plasterboard.

Instructions for Use

1. Surface preparation
Clean thoroughly. Remove dirt, grease, algae and loose particles. Surface must be dry and stable.

2. Pre-treatment
Repair cracks and damage. Use primer if the surface is highly absorbent.

3. Application (multi-layer system)
Apply in 2–3 layers using roller, brush or airless spray. Ensure even coverage.

4. Between coats
Allow 4–8 hours drying time between layers.

5. Curing
Allow at least 24 hours after final coat for full curing.

6. Consumption
Approx. 1.0–1.2 L/m² (total for 2–3 layers)
Depends on surface and thickness.

7. Conditions
Apply between +5°C and +30°C, humidity below 80%. Avoid rain and direct sunlight.

8. Maintenance
Clean with mild products only. Avoid aggressive chemicals.
