Instructions

Nano-EcoLine PlayFieldShield

1. Preparation

  • Ensure the artificial turf is clean, dry and free from loose contamination.

  • Remove algae, mud or organic buildup beforehand for optimal adhesion.

  • Shake or stir the product well before use.

2. Dilution

  • Mix 1 part concentrate with 100 parts water (1:100).

  • Stir or shake until the mixture is fully homogeneous.

  • Preferably use clean tap water.

3. Application

  • Apply evenly using a spray boom, mist sprayer or similar spraying equipment.

  • Work systematically in lanes and avoid puddling.

  • Use approx. 1 litre per 20 m² (ready-to-use mixture).

  • Ensure the entire surface is covered uniformly.

4. Drying and Activation

  • The treated field can be used again after 24 hours.

  • Full photocatalytic activation occurs after 48 hours of UV exposure (sunlight).

  • Avoid rainfall during the first 6 hours after application.

5. Frequency

  • Repeat the treatment every 6–8 months, depending on usage intensity and cleaning cycles.

  • After deep mechanical cleaning, a new application is recommended.

6. Safety

  • For professional use only.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Dispose of residues and containers according to local regulations.

  • Do not apply to humans or animals.
