Should a payment problem unexpectedly arise, we would like to point out that, after several payment reminders, we may be forced to transfer the debt collection process to our debt collection partner Straetus.

Straetus offers a customer-friendly and effective approach to collecting outstanding invoices, whereby they always strive to maintain a good relationship with you as a customer. With a professional and transparent approach, they ensure that your payment process is handled carefully.
Straetus first tries to reach a solution through an amicable settlement. This means that they contact you by telephone, in writing and by e-mail to come to a suitable payment arrangement. If this does not produce the desired result, the legal process will be considered. However, in most cases, a suitable solution is quickly found in the amicable phase.
What does this mean for you?
If you have outstanding payments that have not been paid after several reminders, Straetus will continue the collection process on behalf of Nanoenzo. They work in a transparent and professional manner that respects your customer relationship and ensures efficient handling.
