Nano EcoLine Stone & Concrete coating is a high-performance mineral protection system engineered for stone, concrete, bricks, plaster, pavers, and terracotta. It penetrates the pores and forms a durable, breathable 3D nano-layer that repels water, dirt, algae, moss, and fungi. Surfaces stay clean longer and remain protected against moisture, freeze-thaw damage, and environmental soiling.

Built on intelligent hybrid nanotechnology, it bonds chemically to mineral substrates while maintaining full vapor permeability. Surfaces retain their natural appearance with a strong hydrophobic effect and long-term durability.

UV-resistant, chemically resistant (pH 1–13), and salt-stable. Ideal for façades, pavements, heritage buildings, terraces, landscaping structures, and moisture-exposed surfaces.

Durability: >10 years (depending on substrate & environment). Curing: water-repellent after ~6 hours, fully cured after 24 hours.
Consumption: 80–150 ml/m² (depending on substrate).

Instructions for Use – Nano EcoLine Concrete & Stone Coating

  • Surface Preparation
    Ensure the surface is dry, dust-free, and free of grease.
    Remove any algae, moss, or old coatings.

  • Pre-Test
    Always test the product on a small, inconspicuous area to check compatibility and absorption.

  • Application of the Coating
    Apply using a brush, roller, cloth, or low-pressure sprayer.
    Ensure even distribution without puddles or drips.
    Work wet-on-wet on highly absorbent surfaces.

  • Drying Time
    Allow the surface to dry for at least 2 hours at 20°C.
    Avoid rain or moisture for the first 24 hours after application.

  • Tool Cleaning
    Clean tools immediately after use with water.

  • Storage
    Store in a cool, dry place.
    Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
