Product Description

The Nano-EcoLine Infusion is a highly concentrated, solvent-based impregnating agent based on silane/SI. It penetrates deep into the pores of stone and mineral substrates, creating a durable hydrophobic and oleophobic protective layer. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, it provides long-lasting protection against water, dirt, micro-organisms and weather influences.

Areas of application
Suitable for various mineral substrates:

Natural & artificial stone: Sandstone, limestone, granite, terrazzo, slate.
Concrete: Slabs, paving stones, prefabricated elements (approx. 10-30 m²/litre).
Brick & masonry: 20-30 m²/litre.
Roof tiles & tiles: 15-25 m²/litre (roof tiles), 20-40 m²/litre (unglazed tiles).
Facades & plasterwork: 15-30 m²/litre.
Caution: Not suitable for surfaces that already have a hydrophobic coating.

Instructions for use

Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free of grease.
Temperature: Process between +5°C and +25°C.
Application: Apply evenly with a roller, brush or spray.
Curing: Allow to dry for 2-3 hours; fully cured after 48 hours at 20°C.
Test: Always perform a test treatment on a small area.

Density: Approx. 0.8 g/cm³.
Flash point: 68°C.
Shelf life: 24 months (when stored between +5°C and +30°C).
Odour: Characteristic, not overpowering.

Storage & Safety

Storage: Dry, cool and out of direct sunlight. Store in closed original packaging.
Safety: Keep out of reach of children. Consult the safety data sheet before use.
Environment: Do not mix with other substances.

Warnings

Avoid contact with moisture during storage.
Do not use on already impregnated surfaces.
Wear protective gloves and a face mask when processing.
