Nano-EcoLine PlayFieldShield keeps artificial turf fields clean and safe for long periods. The photocatalytic coating prevents algae, biofilm and microorganisms, keeping the surface stable, hygienic and fresh.

This amounts to approximately € 0.30 per liter (excluding VAT) for the ready-to-use product.

Instructions

Nano-EcoLine PlayFieldShield

1. Preparation

Ensure the artificial turf is clean, dry and free from loose contamination.
Remove algae, mud or organic buildup beforehand for optimal adhesion.
Shake or stir the product well before use.

2. Dilution

Mix 1 part concentrate with 100 parts water (1:100).
Stir or shake until the mixture is fully homogeneous.
Preferably use clean tap water.

3. Application

Apply evenly using a spray boom, mist sprayer or similar spraying equipment.
Work systematically in lanes and avoid puddling.
Use approx. 1 litre per 20 m² (ready-to-use mixture).
Ensure the entire surface is covered uniformly.

4. Drying and Activation

The treated field can be used again after 24 hours.
Full photocatalytic activation occurs after 48 hours of UV exposure (sunlight).
Avoid rainfall during the first 6 hours after application.

5. Frequency

Repeat the treatment every 6–8 months, depending on usage intensity and cleaning cycles.
After deep mechanical cleaning, a new application is recommended.
