Nano Wood Basic is a high-quality nano-coating for natural, porous wood surfaces that offers protection against moisture, dirt, oil, and UV exposure. The breathable coating penetrates deep into the wood and helps slow down aging, while preserving its natural appearance. This keeps the wood looking beautiful for longer and makes maintenance easier.

Ideal for exterior wood such as cladding, fences, pergolas, and garden furniture, but also suitable for various indoor wooden applications. Apply only to untreated, absorbent wood for optimal performance.

Lifespan: up to approx. 1 year. Curing: approx. 24 hours.

Consumption: approx. 40–60 ml/m².

Instructions for Use — Nano EcoLine Wood UV Coating (EN)

1. Cleaning
Remove dust, dirt, algae, oils and previous finishes.
Surface must be clean, dry and absorbent.

2. Sanding (recommended)
Light sanding improves penetration and appearance.
Remove all sanding dust.

3. Test
Always test on a small hidden area to check absorption and color effect.

4. Application
Apply evenly with brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer.
Work along the grain. Avoid runs and pooling.

5. Second coat (optional)
Apply a second coat on highly absorbent wood after 30–60 min.

6. Drying & curing
Do not touch during drying.
Dry time: 6–12 hours
Full cure: 24–48 hours

7. Maintenance
Clean with mild cleaners only.
Reapply depending on exposure and wood type.
